THE RAW MATERIAL
Carefully thought out, chosen and selected to obtain products of the highest quality, the raw material is the basis for achieving an excellent final result. Lemons, strawberries, walnuts, rocket, melon, apples ... are harvested in the period in which they reach the best state of ripeness and are immediately processed, in order to obtain the best of flavors. Each bottle contains a story of expectations, scents, colors and people.
THE PROCESSING
It is an important and delicate process; meticulously studied and followed in all its phases to create high quality products. The selection of raw materials, the union of all the ingredients according to the right sequence, the waiting of the necessary and different times for each product, bottling and packaging. It's like an orchestra that needs to be synchronized. Everything must be perfect for "music" to be a pleasure.
